Please note that orders once placed cannot be canceled for any reason.
Refunds Policy
IMPORTANT NOTE: We highly recommend that you take an unpacking/unboxing video before opening the package. Without this video, we cannot accept any claims for damages.
We thoroughly inspect each product multiple times for any damages or defects before dispatching it to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged in transit or found to be defective, we are here to assist you.
We do not accept any RETURNS or EXCHANGES unless the product you received is damaged during transit or is defective.
In case of damage or defect:
 1. You must notify us immediately by sending an image of the damaged product to our email at jewelsbymeena@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. If your return request is accepted, you will need to send the product back to us immediately. Please note that the courier charges for returning the item will need to be borne by the customer.
3. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the damage or defect.
4. Once the return is approved, we will send you a replacement of the same product.
5. If the same product is out of stock, we will issue a refund. In such cases, the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-12 days, after deducting the initial shipping charges.
    Please note that we will not be able to process any RETURN or EXCHANGE if we are not notified within the specified time period.
